When the rich text editor is inside any layout component, say a card, container, flexbox, etc. and the toolbar is set to popup, it won’t be properly visible for the last rows.
Seems like an issue with the stacking context and overflow. I’m actually really surprised it’s not inside the cdk-overlay container.
