Where is the option to connect Automation with Git Project? I can’t find it in Automation.

This feature is under a feature flag, you can turn it by enabling the variable automationsGitEnabled.

I’m afraid, we do not have a list of the available feature flags. Once we have some features in beta, we announce them, so you can activate the flag. You can keep an eye on the updates in our changelog.
