Fixed table summary row

I’d like the summary row of the table component to be fixed (or sticky) in its position so that it always stays visible.

I had an answer that kind of worked, but it was only due to a very specific setup. After testing some more, I couldn’t get it to work reliably, so I don’t have anything, sorry!
