Can I have a free UI Bakery account?

Yes, you can have a free UI Bakery account. Once you sign up, you have a 2-week trial, after which your account is automatically converted to a Free plan. We do not require any card details upon registration.

Can I set up automatic payments?

The payments are collected automatically once you purchase a subscription. The payment is automatically collected each month from the chosen payment method.

Can I change my subscription plan?

Definitely, you can change your plan by either upgrading or downgrading your plan. Contact us at support@uibakery.io to perform these changes.

Why is my bill higher than expected?

Sometimes you might be billed with a higher amount than it was expected. There might be some reasons for this: you have purchased additional user seats or have changed your subscription plan during the current billing period. The details of your billing are displayed in the monthly invoice, however, you can contact our support team for additional clarifications or if you think that the charges have been incorrect.

How can I cancel my subscription?
