Smart menu Selected Row Index of -1 not respected after build

Hi,
with the smart menus, when you are editing the app, for the smart menu, setting the selected row index to -1 will mean that no row will be selected when the smart menu is initialised. However, if you deploy the app, this doesn’t work any more. In the deployed app, some row always gets selected. This is particularly bad when selecting a row performs an action that you don’t necessarily want to do, such as navigating to another page.
