Bit confused as there is no explanation about login/signin. How it works to set a dashboard with a user management? Does UI Bakery have that by default?
How to use Airtable in order to filter per user? Should Airtable contain a column User ID?

As you mentioned, we are still working on the signing feature to make it out-of-the-box. In case you are familiar with web development, you can create a singing flow from scratch.
There is a good article regarding user registration and login.
To use filtration… we have something similar here.
But I should say that JavaScript knowledge is required to implement the features you are asking for.
